Team Chat Voice & Video Calls + Scheduled Meetings
Team Chat now supports full voice and video calling, scheduled and recurring meetings with calendar sync, and external guest channels for working with people outside your agency.
In-App Voice & Video Calls — Start a 1:1 or group call directly from any Team Chat channel or DM. Full call screen with mute, camera toggle, screen share, and speaker/audio-route controls.
Scheduled & Recurring Meetings — Schedule one-off or recurring team meetings with automatic reminders. Each meeting gets its own group chat and join link.
Two-Way Calendar Sync — Connect your personal Google or Outlook calendar to see and join Whizo meetings alongside your existing schedule, with events synced both ways.
External Guest Channels — Invite people outside your agency into a shared channel for client or partner collaboration, with invite accept/decline controls.
Missed-Call Detection & Notifications — Missed calls are now logged automatically and surface in the notification bell with a callback option.
Fixed Audio & Video Dropouts on Calls — Resolved an issue where some calls had no audio or remote video; added a ringtone and clearer ringing/connecting states.
