How do I get started with Whizo AI?

Sign up for a free trial to explore all features. No credit card required. Our onboarding wizard will guide you through setting up your first client and connecting your social accounts.

What's included in the free trial?

Full access to all features for 14 days. You can manage clients, schedule content, use AI tools, and experience everything Whizo has to offer.

How do I invite my team?

Go to Settings > Team Members and click 'Invite Member'. Choose their role (Admin, Manager, Designer, Editor, Viewer) and they'll receive an invitation email.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes! Connect your social media accounts to sync existing content and analytics. For CRM data, we offer CSV import for contacts and deals.

What's your response time for support?

We respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM IST). Pro and Enterprise plans include priority support with faster response times.

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email that's valid for 24 hours.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes! Download Whizo AI from the App Store or Google Play Store. Full functionality available on the go.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period with no interruptions.
